1) *The Diamonds-Unreal Lifetime Performance Guarantee: Diamonds-Unreal gems have all the lifetime wearability of natural diamonds. A Diamonds-Unreal stones are forever. If any Diamonds-Unreal gemstone ever fades, discolors, or becomes damaged, a free replacement will be granted.

2) **The Diamonds-Unreal Lifetime Gemstone Loss Guarantee: If a Diamonds-Unreal mounted gemstone is ever lost from its setting, we will replace it with only a nominal re-mounting charge.

*Altering, resizing, repair, setting or resetting any Diamonds-Unreal merchandise by anyone other than Diamonds-Unreal approved technicians, voids all guarantees. If you would like a repair, stone-setting, or resizing please call 1-719/250-1795 (U.S.) There will be shipping and sizing fees applied.
**Loss of settings with gems still attached are not covered by our guarantee.
