If you want to spend a weekend, a week, a month or your entire vacation at
CondoMar, you will be just 10 minutes from Progreso. Progreso is the seaside
town on the Gulf of Mexico outside of Merida, the capital of the Yucatan. In
this beautiful condo setting, there are 24 well appointed condos, surrounding a
very large pool, a garden area, a covered area for relaxing as well as sand
areas for the children. Of these 24, eight are available through one owner. The
pool may be the finest of any condominium in the area, and each unit faces the
pool. Each unit measures 900 square feet, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a
living-dining area with an efficient kitchen and outdoor veranda. Rates are most
reasonable, with rents less than $700 per month from September through March. Summer
rates (July and August) and Easter week are higher.
The CondoMar Complex has one of the largest, finest, (if not
the largest and the finest) and best maintained swimming pools in the area.
Also, only a few steps to the North is the beach.
