MexicoAnswers Bill Payment Service agreement

  Guaranteed Bill Payment

I. $50.00 per month Fee with a minimum reserve of $200.00 (reserve is based on the average monthly debt service of each customer to the next one hundred dollars). Monthly fees are not refundable.  Example: $213 avg/mth= $300 reserve.
A. The above fee and reserve covers common monthly payments to six entities: 1. CFE - Electric service
2. Japay - water service
3. Telmex / Infinitum- Phone - internet service
4. Cablemas - TV and/or internet services
5. Sky TV
6. One extra monthly service pymt
B. Mexicoanswers guarantees all assigned bill payments will be made in a timely manner only after all agreed fees, reserves, and deposits are made as required. For the best service, Mexicoanswers should have paper bills or copies of the paper bills available.

II. Mexicoanswers reserves the right to cancel our service at anytime after the end of a regular monthly payment period, with any balance on account returned to the customer less all fees due.

III. All monies (service fees and deposits) to be paid to our designated PayPal account in U.S Dollars, a minimum of 30 days before any services can be rendered.

IV. Customer to pay any and all fees required by FedEx or DHL to and from Mexicoanswers.
A. 30 day minimum advance notice of special payments - fees pending and in advance.
B. All documents & correspondence via FedEx direct to Mexicoanswers address.
C. Sender responsible for emails sent to Mexicoanswers.
D. Customer is responsible for tendering all applicable account numbers and/or hard paper bills*.

V. Rental cell phones will be available to our bill pay cusomer while they are here in the Yucatan for a monthly fee of $20.00. Phone cards are extra. Lost phones $50.00.

VI. Other payment service are available (Fees pending).
A. FM3 renewals possible with established power of attorney to Mexicoanswers.
B. Fideicomiso and Corporation payments possible thru Mexicoanswers legal counsel.
C. Insurances (Auto, Home, Hurricane, Property Taxes).
D. Payment to regular Live-in Service workers.
E. Propane Refills and deliveries.

VII. Home and Property maintenance service and minor repair contracts available. Discussed on a case by case basis.

VIII. Required contact information:
A. Customer address - Local (Merida, Progreso, Chicxulub, etc.) info
B. Customer address - Home (U.S.A., Canada, etc.)
C. Alternate Person for emergency contact purposes


No service will be rendered without advance payment of fees, reserves, and deposits.

It is not our intention to be a loan company, but to provide what we feel is a long-needed service to the expats and others that own or rent properties in our Merida and beach communities.
